Logistics scheduler
Money can is ok if you like getting punished for 12 hours straight.
Cost Cutting - it's coming out of your pocket. Unmanageable work loads - Remember Cost cutting - Yeah you now have to do customer service's job on top of you own. Vacations - No more OT (Cost Cutting) - We will just combined desk during vacations so when a teammate is on vacation you are overwhelmed and miserable that week (AKA the whole summer). Been here 10 + years and I have never seen it this bad. The leadership team in logistics is horrible, if your a Logistics Scheduler you will me the focal point of their abuse. And suffer for their mistakes and shortcomings. Also another thing, the company as a whole has been doing nothing but cutting employee benefits. Don't get sick under the new medical plans, you'll probably go into life long debt if your unlucky enough to survive.
