I enjoy working at Air Products because despite starting my career here during the pandemic, they have made working from an at home environment very possible and enjoyable. I have a great work-life balance and even after just over a year have been given a good amount of responsibility over projects. I have found that almost every time, someone is willing to help you if you just ask. Lastly, it feels like Air Products is always moving in the right direction - whether it be with diversity, innovation, or just support - I truly value my time at this company.
The only complaint I could possibly have about Air Products is potentially having to deal with many time zone differences, but that seems to be very easily solved by employees who understand and value each other's schedules and availability.

Work flexibility, opportunities to grow more technically.
Nothing as such as per current experience.
Logistics distribution scheduler
-Pay -Vacation Time - 3-4 day work week -Good Training Programs
-Pay, there use to be upward mobility in pay but AP went to a Market Adjustment type of cost-of-living raise. They did away with performance based real raises and now everyone gets the same small percentage raise. They have taken away the managers ability to give raises so this position is now just a stepping stone. The turnover is pretty high because of this. - Long 12 hour work days with little to no break - High Stress at times - Have to work a Dayshift/Nightshift schedule

Whining Employees Disconnected Management Poor Training 12 hour shifts Always working same Days. Meaning you never get a whole weekend off
Material management
The recruitment and onboarding process was the best I've ever experienced!! The "People Culture" is very clear and is such a refreshing change to feel valued and supported by everyone on the team.
AP is in the middle of a huge growth plan. There are growing pains as we develop new process and procedures that fit with the new corporate franchise vision.
Lng manufacturer "welder"
Great benefits and 401k and competitive pay. In house X-ray and testing. Quality control is very good.
Unorganized and very uptight company they will try and make you job scared as much as possible
Welder
Good experience great people to work with. Some travel opportunity. Good pay. Coworkers are helpful and willing to share knowledge of various job tasks.
With some company downsizing and downturn in natural gas market morale is low. Some uncertainty about the future. Which is a distraction to the shop flow.
