After Merger things are different now. Increments are very low but happens every year. Very less chance of growth as previous employees stays with company for long time. increments they didn't consider full market impact on salaries. Management dont have ground knowledge now and making useless policies.

To much of a buddy system with alot of people gaining information on you just to use it against you for their own benefit

Company is not modernizing well (no flex or remote work). Constantly realigning the organization without an idea of why. Layoffs and retirements. Old systems that are ineffective and no modern tech stack. They add buzzwords like diversity to their mission without actually enabling it. No room to grow and a very toxic work culture.

Same increment to all employees

The quantity of processes tend to slow down projects

They dont keep talent. Restructuring proves it.

Training has not always been a priority, leading to gaps in knowledge between shifts. Additionally, aging equipment is often poorly maintained and cobbled together, leading to frequent breakdowns.

As a young professional, my only drawback about this company is that it is in Allentown, PA.

There are always organizational changes underway, which tend to create an uneasy atmosphere where our employees may feel like their positions are unstable. Because of this invisible threat looming, people tend to overcompensate in workload and working hours to demonstrate a need for their positions. These behaviors aren't sustainable, nor do they create the culture which we are trying to embed within our workplace.

It is sometimes really hard to summarize all the information, but you will find a nice team to help you in any situation,

Since new leaders have taken over, the way the company treats their employees are on a downward spiral.

hierarchical, bit political and not much autonomy

- Needs more in-depth training based on the specific roles you work. - No clear path for growth within the TA team. - Integrating to a new ATS can be difficult overall, but the training/organization could’ve been handled more efficiently. - More of the team should have been crossed trained, so information wasn't relied on from one person. Better organization and understanding of the full process would eliminate a lot of unknowns. - A majority of the TA team felt stretched thin with the workload. Usually only have a few people o the team working on projects, others were in the dark when it came to changes. - TA leaders didn’t hold hiring managers accountable for their responsibilities during the hiring process. There was a lot of hand holding for managers. Some managers treated TAS/TAC very poorly without any consequences.

Worst company, in 2024 they hired too many people , inaugurated new offices , and in 6 months lost some projects, and made such an environment half of people left by themselves and resigned because of work pressure, they had to beg for work hours for timesheets , and in September 2025 they laid off so many people , especially Trainees from reputed colleges and destroyed their confidence on name of career development program they destroyed early career . So for atleast 2 years not a good company to join . And to survive here say yes to your manager you're safe , if you question them then not.

Salary package for MNC, no 13months package. Bonus uncertain always

Need to be flexible and driven to succeed

Sometimes the company has analysis paralysis; over analyzing data.
