Its was an good job with strange upper management in many different states, made it hard to understand company culture.
Not sure I would have taken the position if I knew they were going to close our DC down a year later. It was pretty poorly communicated.
Competitive pay, good team environment on a local level, work-life balance.
Lost a lot of the "family" feel amongst coworkers due to layoffs and restructuring. Management driven by stock price. Constant changes, leading to confusion and loss of secure feeling.
