Work is demanding, fast paced with no proper systems in placed. Management only sees end result not the process.

:Juggling work between my assigned department and other departments that were not related to me. Basically, was given tasks by other people to complete that wasn't in my department and was criticized for saying no. :Stagnant growth that doesn't require any new skill or learning
