Some ideas takes ages to execute and excuses will come in the different forms to delay implementation. Also digital capability is rather poor

If you are type C, this company definitely for you. It is easier to climb up, stakeholder are more easier to communicate with you. No training will be provided once you onboarding into the team. You have to catch up everything by your own. No one are gonna welcoming you with warm smile. In compl***** department, if you complaint too much and not type C, then you complaint is invalid and you will be putting under pressure to move to another team. I'm not being racist but this dept favor their race. Manager tend to select on fav person. The bonus will go to 2-3 months for their person. Hardly have conversation with manager and upper level, unprofessional work ethic apply here. During dept celebration, on CNY they will go to have buffet in 5 star hotel but during other celebration like Deepavali, Eid, they will have small catering with small amount of food. During year end performance, they will recycle the same feedback from last year and provide a comment with unmeasured quality (from what they feel about that person, and make the staff become kambing hitam to receive unjustified feedback.

Brand name isn't competitive in the housing market

The salary is slightly low compared to other banks. Quite toxic and politic environment , no secret at the department.
