-Not allowed to communicate with colleagues -Lack of "stress buster" activities or equipments -Bad leadership from team leaders -Lack of information given on the interview -Often instructing to work additional hours without consist OT paid

stressful and expectation is very high from upper management

understaff and most of the team lead was basically clueless in IT, in term of technical and skills.

Management is not standardized enough

Salary could be slightly higher

No work life balance. No proper guideline, no clear communication. toxic environment. u must have good skill in "kipas" bosses.

Poor infrastructure and legacy issues

increment dont even think about it

Management too much politicking, turning blind eye on many of their top management issues despite high turnover

Not much of incentives compared to other banks

Very slow career progression but very typical con for a financial institution

Depending on departments, long hours at office is required.

No value for quality, works are overloaded beyond your job scope/function. Old-timers monopoly and unreasonable controls and blaming attitudes. Others mess, ends up on your hands to clear.

too much limitation and no flexibility

Base pay is low compared to peers

everything is fine, not stress at all

- low salary and increment - team had headcount for 5 person, but didnt hire anyone. only 2 people working - fresh grad joined and was left alone with no supervisor - no promotion - always say next year

Small bank and system not well structured/ organized.

Need to improve in terms of employee wage and employee retention

Exhausted as ever you imagine

limited career growth and slow increment
