Unrealistic expectations are set without clear direction or proper support. 3. High turnover in this department due to poor management and lack of a healthy work environment. 4. Little to no room for constructive feedback or career growth.

workload is a lot , communication with higher managements need to be improved

No life work balance, stressful and always need to work on weekend

No ot. Hard to get AL. Non caring management. No incentive for mandarin speakers
