the works place is very nice n the decoration in the building very pretty..

No work life balance & need to work on weekends

low salary, always OT, toxic management (certain person not all)

Bad culture in some departments where bosses expect you not to back home on time , OT without pay is deemed normal, and technical role is not appreciated.

So far all good, might be need to look back on the lift flow

Smallest bank in Malaysia, more challenging to convince customer

Slow career growth. Overworked and under appreciated, sometimes takes ages/ months to approve the OT. Favouritsm which led the team lead & HOD made biased decisions. Note: Not all departments are having this culture, only certain departments.

Less perks and bonus but still okay

Management direction, style and strategy changes constantly, and front office employees are not rewarded competitively. Top front liners usually leave the bank within a year or two of service

I feel good during my working experience in Alliance Bank.
