The company is stable, timely salary payments, bonuses, and annual increments (though these increments merely compensate for a 3% annual inflation increase). Additionally, there's a decent outpatient treatment allowance, and the medical coverage is quite satisfactory.
This is based on my personal experience. Situations might differ depending on the unique nature of work and management team. 1. There is simply no work-life balance at all - tasks arrive unexpectedly without any planning, sometimes requiring work until 4 am. 2. There is a lack of real support from superiors. The reasoning provided is to test independence, which, to me, seems like a feeble excuse. 3. Due to a small team, work is unevenly distributed, creating a toxic environment. There are apparent 'clans,' offering help only to select favorites. 4. It's astonishing that email communication resembles that of WhatsApp, with nearly 300 emails needing responses daily. This workload is excessive and unmanageable. 5. The focus is on discussing ideas, yet execution lacks planning. 6. Efforts seem directed at impressing management, resulting in hardships for middle management by the day's end. 7. No leadership at all. Blaming others is what they do.
