Pay is relatively low compared to industry standard.

It is common to have politics, but the HR doesn't seem to handle them very well. The HR is in difficult position to stand up for their trainees, they also always get condemn by senior bosses for organising this program. Other banks also of Management Trainee programs, their culture is to accept this young graduates who have a bond and pressure to perform. Not all Alliance Bank staff have this supportive culture.

Lack of directions from management

Maybe it's the central bank that imposes so many guidelines that the bank just follows.

Could be very old-schooled in terms of leadership

There is no chance for advancing.

Less diverse in some departments.

Increment is too low, bonuses can be underwhelming

Workload too much, unfriendly work environment

Need to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
