Good Initiative By the HR
It is common to have politics, but the HR doesn't seem to handle them very well. The HR is in difficult position to stand up for their trainees, they also always get condemn by senior bosses for organising this program. Other banks also of Management Trainee programs, their culture is to accept this young graduates who have a bond and pressure to perform. Not all Alliance Bank staff have this supportive culture.
