No projects, People Management is complete becomes a nightmare, no cultural diversity, full and full biased, all fake information and fake people. If you join you will loose entire skills, bcoz germany will never share anything, they wont provide projects, here the management will share always the wow factors. Uncertainity of job, many get sacked due to no projects. Complete chineese controlled and running purely for TAX benefits.

No team, no upskilling, many visions and idea but no plan on how to realizing any of it. "Old Dogs" never work.

Limited Development Opportunities: Unfortunately, there aren't many chances for professional growth or advancement within the company. Compensation is below market standards, which is disappointing given the workload and expectations. The company seems to lack a clear long-term strategy, and there’s not much communication about future goals or direction. This makes it difficult to feel inspired or aligned with the company’s objectives.

No major cons worth calling out, like any growing organization, certain processes can still evolve, but feedback is taken positively and improvements happen over time.

Challenges due to different time zone of german colleagues, sometimes become difficult to maintain better allignment

Tight deadlines and internal company politics
