Work life balance Awesome teammates Amazing work culture Company trips Company events Close to public transport Hybrid working model Surrounded by many eateries
No bonus but that's okay. I'd take work life balance and good health over bonus (bonuses are always accompanied by stress and extremely fast-paced working environments)
The salary and other benefits are sufficient enough
Biased decision by upper management especially when it comes to position offering, it always goes to the "favorite" employee despite their lack of knowledge and passion for said position.
Data entry/analyst
Work life balance, no work after working hours
