Some colleagues created a supportive and friendly working environment.
Unfair task distribution: Employees are often moved to new teams and given additional responsibilities without proper training or role alignment. While there are teams remain unchanged in terms of task. Lack of compensation review: Even after upskilling or taking on more complex work, there is no clear salary adjustment. Responsibilities increase, but pay remains stagnant. Minimal performance incentives: There was only a 1% salary increment difference between employees who achieved their KPIs and those who did not, which discouraged high performance and effort. Pressure to resign: Some staff are pushed to take on unfamiliar roles beyond their capacity, and when they struggle, they’re put on PIPs, often leading to resignation — a form of passive offloading. Lack of accountability in leadership: While staff were pressured to resign due to underperformance (often caused by being placed in unfamiliar roles), team leaders who oversaw these transitions and failed to support their teams remained in their positions without consequence. Communication gap: Limited transparency from management regarding career progression and job expectations.

Can gain an experience, maybe few skill. Have hybrid type of working environment. Off on both weekend
Lack of leadership/Management, Petty quality assurance audit (small thing always count as big thing smh). Lower pay than market salary.

Depending on the client you serve, there is some work-life balance. You get to escape traffic to and from.
1. Monetary Benefit: No transparency in compensation package. Packages does not adequately reflect our hard work. 2. Increment Issues: Company has been dipping into employees increments, affecting morale. 3. Employee Welfare: Lack of focus on staffs wellbeing (10% co-insurance now required) .

This company is plagued by ineffective leadership, making it difficult for employees to thrive. I strongly recommend avoiding it—save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. The company demonstrates a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusivity, which creates an unwelcoming environment. I would advise caution when considering any involvement with this organization.
ASW can be a good place for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and gain practical industry experience.
There is room for improvement when it comes to transparency and communication, particularly around performance expectations and organizational changes. Clearer and more timely updates would help employees better understand their standing and prepare for potential transitions.
Great colleagues and team collaboration. Decent benefits and work-life balance (outside of direct manager’s team). Company values look good on paper.
Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by toxic leadership in my immediate team. Manager's communication was often aggressive, dismissive, or passive-aggressive. Lack of psychological safety made it difficult to raise concerns or grow professionally. Feedback was rarely constructive and focuses on mistakes Lack of emotional intelligence and basic courtesy from my manager affected my mental health and morale Manager will throw you under the bus when push comes to shove Manager will call you out for reacting to disrespect, a lot of gaslighting involved Manager does not care for employees mental health, will continue with passive aggressive, manipulative behavior and bullying, employee has no choice but to leave Manager spreads rumors about employees, tells lies about former staff who left to make her look good (plausible deniability) I did not sign up for this level of abuse
