- More or less consistent, reliable timetables - 40 hours contract
- Company has an embedded reliance on ETT agencies, which is effectively for denying labour rights to its workers concerning "la antigüedad". E.G if you work one year in the ETT and then get hired by the company directly, they will deny that the year in the ETT counts for your antigüedad, which is absolutely false according to the supreme court. This means they avoid having to pay indemnizaciones, or concede excedencias to its workers. - Company is corporately pretentious - makes a show of seriousness and profesionalism but does not train its workers properly for the tasks they ask of yoh. You are in reality expected to just learn as you go along. - They falsify language competency tests. I was regularly asked to take over and complete my non-native colleagues' english tests to ensure they got a C2 result. - Managers are condescending and think they are better than you despite having the same mediocre conditions as you do.
