There are so many growth, salary, Hr, management

no support from management, no induction, no trainings a lot of old projects to be done that already passed through 1-2 project managers

Company is in a constant state of flux hence professional growth for employees is much compromised.

-Less hike -They don’t care junior level employees

Sometimes hectic Role responsibilities can shift depending on needs

Pressure for delivering results that are not achievable.

Company is currently going through financial problem.

Company is working on revitalizing itself and determine its direction

Verry big company, hard to be noticed

Employee benefits needs more improvement

Unstable accounts, just stayed for almost 2 years since account has decided to part ways with the company.

No free dependent (HMO) Not for long term if you want a higher compensation

Management strategy needs to improve for Company's growth, Not very great project pipeline.

No career growth, No good project, I changed my career path from Support role to QA . but the manager saying we dont have any project... and second thing they have 90 days notice period, If You are asking to negotiate the notice period, they are not willing to do. after working for last 4 years, they did not even give promotion or a salary hike.

hours can be long and possible weekend working
