Appraisal process is very slow

Management are very stat heavy!!

Poor sales team where I was. Fellow engineers who sell themselves to their customer were quickly out of work.

You can't work remote, only hybrid. Salaries for recruiters are good, but the salaries for the people they have to hire are small.

Many business processes, slow moving when it comes to making decisions

Typical indian management, no onsite, support projects, no appreciation, no work life balance, no promotions, cuts variable pay, no good hikes,

Power-tripping Management. HR doesn't do their Job as much, you almost often just see them roaming around the Cafeteria doing nothing. No career advancement at all. Too hard to file leaves as well despite having too many leave credits.

Very little progression opportunities Sometimes focussed on the numbers too much (call times, wrap etc,) rather than actual customer experience.

Low salary, impact on work life balance

So far communication has been a day late and a dollar short. There has been no employee orientation and training on the new systems to be used was last minute, rushed and inadequate.

There is only one in my opinion: salary, altering a job position internally from salary perspective is changing nothing

Bad management Seniors management not good bbbbbbbbb

No creativity freedom. They’re all about the numbers and results but don’t care about the process. No clear defined processes. Don’t care about self improvement.

Not the best employee development plan and support

Old school especially with processes. Need some working to bring company to new age which they preach to market/customers

Wages below average in many cases. Complex hiring process, they end up subcontracting to facilitate the initial process, which is bad.

Very BAd experience never want to work such company

1. Management is very poor here 2. They don't here to employees 3. Hardly Salary Hike 4. Employee rating is completely based on Manager 5. they server very poor food in cafeteria, (Even Cockroaches have been found in foods), still management don't hear to their pleas 6. Very Very poor Transport Facility, as knowing they are located away from City Area still they don't provide appropriate transport facility 7. 9.5 working hours daily strictly but many times one has to work much more than that but, no reimbursement 8. Reimbursement system in really poor 9. They literally force you to work on particular techs, with pressure of Bond on them 10. the payment to employees is hardly varied, i.e. if one lucky fresher got Worldline project then they get good compensations & bonuses than any one else in the company 11. Poor Machines to work with, can you guess developer is suppose to work on an machine with no admin rights & windows XP to deliver High end products

Less package, and location is out of pune

Management is not skilled upto the mark

Short staffed in all areas of the business

Lots of old people and management

Management did not support employees it was an all about themselves type management, thy tried to keep you out of sight out of mind.

Organic growth is difficult in the current market leading to more cost controls than employees would like.

Live balance, hard work stress

Unfortunately a lot of things like promotions, innovative ideas, POCs stuck a bureaucratic system and they take twice or three times as long (if they get through). Compensation/Pay is also average I would say, not bad though. A considerable amount of legacy software.

Cons - transport facility is not good

Promotion is not on time

Where do I start? Having worked with ACS then with Xerox, straight down hill.

Salary growth, compensations, permanent home office not available

No raises, payroll system is horrible can end up not getting paid until after 2 WEEKS!

Not much things to learn

Depending on manager it can be also rough. They tend to keep the wrong people in the wrong places just out of fear of having no one to fill the role.

Lots of politics at senior level specially at higher level for cloud division which was 6 month old when i joined

Confusing and draconian policies, racism, and total neglect towards workers.

Some projects are very tough because of nIght shifts.

No pros as of now

I would say it's a privilege.

Slow Job growth and less composition

Allowance are not including payroll (which shows ctc is normal)

No such negative remarks to the company

There is no management system.

No Dislikes, It will be a pleasure to work here and totally satisfied with the current job profile.
