Salary was unfortunately not good.

Got less than a 30 second call after 8 years employed No notice No severance pay, no vacation PTO pay no sick pay - basically nothing at all just get out

A financially astute company and so a lot of focus on KPI's and delivery to market expectations

no new tech to work with.

- No work life balance you have to complete 9.5 hrs - No WFH facility - No pay hike - No learning

There are some but I can't

I turned in my letter of resignation after 4 days at Atos. The "automated onboarding system" is either way behind the times or it is an intentional hazing process to see who will persevere. After 20 hours spent on the system and getting maybe 30 minutes worth of actual work done that was it - I do not want to work at Atos. Support is minimal. It all seems to be outsourced to a company that further outsources tasks. Support tickets are addressed 72 hours later in my experience. Equipment is substandard.
