Pay on time full as you work benefits
Got less than a 30 second call after 8 years employed No notice No severance pay, no vacation PTO pay no sick pay - basically nothing at all just get out
Dynamic and acquisitive - like many companies your career at Atos is what you make it - strive to succeed and you probably will
A financially astute company and so a lot of focus on KPI's and delivery to market expectations
Multinational Company with many clients
no new tech to work with.
Nothing now it used to be good company with flexi timings and work life balance but now policies changed
- No work life balance you have to complete 9.5 hrs - No WFH facility - No pay hike - No learning
Work environment is very good
There are some but I can't
Competitive Salary Chance to work from home Benefits
I turned in my letter of resignation after 4 days at Atos. The "automated onboarding system" is either way behind the times or it is an intentional hazing process to see who will persevere. After 20 hours spent on the system and getting maybe 30 minutes worth of actual work done that was it - I do not want to work at Atos. Support is minimal. It all seems to be outsourced to a company that further outsources tasks. Support tickets are addressed 72 hours later in my experience. Equipment is substandard.
Atos is a European multinational information technology service and consulting company headquartered in Bezons, France and offices worldwide. It specialises in hi-tech transactional services, unified communications, cloud, big data and cybersecurity services.
At Atos, as a global leader in secure and decarbonized digital
Model is to work from home and travel to project sites
Little advancement opportunities after five years
Good benefits, career growth, equal opportunity
Few IT accounts, leaves approvals are a bit of a challenge
