Bench period is sometimes too long

Low salary - very few raises

no cons in work environment

Less internal growth, Poor management.

Can be lost as just a "cog in the wheel" and hard to work around rigidity of some bureaucracy. Internal tools and processes are confusing and not intuitive and frequently change with little to now notice (my XP at least). Work/life balance can not be favorably at times as the mentality is "whatever it takes/whatever the client wants" which can include shouldering the burden of incompetent team members.

Less Salary compared to Market More Politics

No work life balance. Yearly compensation not as per market.

No direction from upper management, a lot of great engineers/administrators have been laid off and those who are kept are there because of who they know. I can see this company going in the same direction as Siemens I.T. Services.
