Expectation that working away is the norm and travel is expected all the time, although expenses covered most items it wasnt compensated sufficiently

Always being micro-managed. I had three different bosses and only one would help me out if I needed help but only if I could get a hold of her. Everyone is always too busy to help you and the HR department is terrible and it takes forever to hear back from them. I had to reach out to the HR department several times to get a response from them. W2 forms were wrong 2 years in a row and it took me weeks to fix. They do not invest in their employees, salary is terrible, and you work at least 60 - 70+ hours a week. There isn't much chance to advance into another role or move up. Everything is outsourced so the majority of your teams are based out of India and they don't work on the same time zone as you.

HR department slow, and sometimes does not response.

1. Sometimes you need to work for few extra hours if your assigned work is not completed within the given time
