Management has favorites, not much opportunity for advancement, revolving door company,

Atos Origin was good, employee were getting good benefits and recognization. But not now during AtoS.

Lack of focus on account base and customer service translates into messaging from the field regarding customer feedback = too many layers of middle management.

Uncertainty of tomorrow like in every consulting companies. Remuneration good be better.

You should be adaptive to the changes as they are constant and this may sometimes get frustrating but it is the only way of growing and improving

Bench management is not ideal. Employees become a number.

Manger and Team lead should be more transparent

There were no major cons.

Very less salary based on work

low pay crazy working hours have to be the blue eyed boy very less salary increment not good for long term employement
