Long working hours No growth Squashes any sort of argument on employee development and salary Projects don't have process defined. Sometimes they do not give shift allowances in time. Ratings are purely based on favoritism. When asked about growth, the only thing you get to hear is "Come later, I'm busy in a meeting"
