For a technology company the kit provided is not as modern as can be hoped but this is improving. An over focus on public-sector can limit exposure to big private sector clients. Small size means that you can end up in roles which are not appropriate to your skill set due to resourcing constraints.

Salary increments not on par with industry standards

..... no one will recognize you for what you do. Office culture is just bunch of senior people trying to create dependencies, full of politics, ready to take credit of other persons work and some how maintain their jobs.The major reason not to opt for this company is the salary. If you are OK with what you get even if you know you deserve better then you may but please don't expect good incentives or hike for your performance. Here everything is pre-defined by managers and the performance evaluation is just a joke and waste of time. Even if you get out-of-out rating but they have already decided what to give you. So no use of giving your best, no one with appreciate your hard work and last date of every month you will get disappointed and your confidence will go down year by year.

Atos group management does not understand specificities of this business / activities, poor salaries / benefits, reduced investments in recent years is jeopardizing the future

Management is not good as expected.

It's a consultant company. All independent individuals. No team mentality.
