Senior consultant
Good only if you have a good manager. else your career is on fire here. Overall its an good company, Nice policy, work life balance, Leaves etc.
Salary hike should not be depend on favoritism.
Senior project manager
It's very cultured company and very caring company
Low increments, Distance to & fro is high,
Anonymous employee
Many products and different positions to work on. Everyone gets opportunities to step up, take new responsibilities and do new stuff. Also there is a push for innovation
Sometimes it gets a long time for things to change after the decision for change has been made. This goes especially for the "older" products.
Technical support engineer
Good if you need work experience and can handle long hours. Paychecks are still clearing despite financial struggles.
Overworked employees. Company is struggling financially. Hiring freeze. Training freeze. Management is in disarray. Some are excellent some not so much. DFW;s largest hospital system is having buyers remorse. They are hiring back all the talent that has quit Atos since transition.
Devops engineer
Work Environment is great .
I can't find any prons .
It support technician ii
The People are great to work with!
Management will drive the business to the ground.
Account executive
Some really great and dedicated people
Once Siemens merger happened, lots of turmoil and change. New (Siemens) management was very different then previous Atos led management. North American President and executive team made it very difficult to be successful.
Software engineer
Nice working environment,managers are supportive
there is no cons. All is good
Good Infrastructure and nothing else
Management hierarchy sucks bigtime, from reporting managers to the worst ever HR department i have ever seen. Manager's corporate ethics have gone for a toss and it seems more like a fish market. They have deaf ears towards employee concerns. Yearly salary hike is peanuts, and keep no expectation of promotion for at least three years of your employment.
Delivery manager
Variety of networking opportunities. Good on boarding processes. Good off boarding processes.
A large organisation sometimes loses the understanding of whats happening at ground level. Promotion and reward is hard below a senior level.
