Pay was good for the job market, and did get 1 pay raise after my employer was bought by Atos, but not much else good to say.
After my company was bought by Atos, they combined Sick time with Vacation time and as a result, we all lost 2 weeks of paid time off. Most promotions are considered "lateral" moves without a pay increase. They are all about the bottom line and try to eliminate as many positions as possible via automation or move the position overseas where labor is much cheaper. When your position is eliminated, they put you in their benching program and you are expected to look for employment elsewhere in the company or anywhere else and take different online training in order to get any severance pay. If you find employment elsewhere, the severance pay ends.
Technical team lead
Good opportunities for growing, the company is open for suggestions of management improvement. Good RRHH management and work modality (full remote at the time)
General project management is not uniform along all the company projects so it lacks of a unique work way when you move from one project to another, and everyone does things on its own. We're actively working on fixing this, but still remains as a wip, thing that makes difficult to know the way to traverse inside a project.
