You can learn a lot there.
I have no cons for this company
Systems administrator
If you do not have a technical background from a previous job or university, Atos is a good starting point if you are interested in working in IT as at least in Romania where I have worked, they offer 1/2 /3 months of academy programs where you learn about the job and also get paid. In my academy I had colleagues that previously have worked nontechnical jobs like for example bartender or artist in a museum and after the academy they proved to be actual good system administrators. Work from home possibility. Lunch break included in the 8h/day schedule. Atmosphere is generally good.
Merit increases don't happen very often. You may be required to work overtime (paid)
Associate consultant
Work life balance and decent pay
Nothing much to learn more
Software test engineer
Environment is good Salary is average -can be good if you are hired as experinced. Good management
HR has no idea how to map candidates in projects
Anonymous employee
fair company to work for
cannot keep their contract and concentrate on big custoner
good working environment, average salary
worse management always fight for PLVP
international company - you could have experience with intarnational standards
too much policies not perspective in cee
Director
The company allows many employees to work remotely, although there is a new back to the office initiative. They are trying hard to offer employees more opportunities internally.
Annual merit increases are often not given at all or are very small. Staff is generally very over worked.
