Salaries could be higher unfortunately

Forces to take all 22 leaves in a years. No growth seen in last 3 years. Have to work on Client holidays and Indian holidays No direct communication with HR.

Minimal personal advancement. Some accounts with high turnover and left to the wolves. No merit increases recently. Recently converted employees to a workforce management group which did not inspire confidence.

Salary Increase is too low

Less hike, less onsite, limited locations

A lack of info between areas. Should think more in well being of their workers. Meal tickets is very low.

low salary for non metropolitan city.

Micro Management is one concern as some level.

Good company to work, i do not see any negative

Toxic environment Unmotivated people complaining around the corners Forget about career, promotion or salary increase if you're not polish or part of the selected management inner circle. Spotlight only goes to you in case they need to blame you for something Extremely (really) low salary compared to other IT Companies Management is poor, partial and not prepared. The man working in the carwash had more sensibility to speak to me rather than my manager. The same people are always the same been rewarded No matter the issue, you will be blamed somehow. In a matter of time. Trust me. Turnover is unbelievable (guess why). HR is useless and support this approach as a whole.
