Because the IT market in the USA is competitive and challenging, I believe that Atos management is also focused on protecting its financial results while maintaining commitment to customers. Because I believe that management is focused on improving internal performance before letting employees go, there is always increased expectation for managers and employees to optimize, improve, and increase excellence. Employees and managers with this mind-set thrive at Atos. Those without this mindset struggle.
