Large organisation, management less personable with regards to approach.

Nothing I can think of

Salary is not at par with industry standard

There is limited direction from UK headquarters. As a result, business is more reactionary than pro-active.

Not much progression at atos

Pay hike not so great. No growth

salary augmentation non existent Team activity non existent

Paycheck may not always be correct, bad benefit package (very expensive), took away incentive pay and PTO and some holidays, never takes any fault in anything done wrong it's always the employee's fault

Continually under resourced and moving more work offshore

All Good about ATOS nothing Bad to mention
