Little or no chance for advancement. Corporate management seemed to value younger employees because they could pay them less. Being on contract, there were few raises, and when they did come it was not enough to keep up with cost of living.

I didn't find any reason to leave the company but I wanted to associate with company where I can get growth in telecommunication.
