Good culture, supportive colleagues, rewarded and recognised. As with all companies it has its challenges but I found management to be pragmatic and visible.
It can be overly process driven at times. This can make working at Atos sometimes challenging and frustrating. Once you understand the processes and culture life becomes easier.
