They still keep some good clients from the past

Remote working policy and support

Responsive management, great customers that we worked with on contracts and a willingness to hear out alternate solutions and implement them quickly if the new solution was a better fit than the old one.

Great business sense, they want to take over the IT world

Desperate to hire anyone, so if unemployed it's a paycheck till you find something else. If there were any more pros I would add them however there are not.

Average company like other service base companies like infosys, wipro.
