Transition manager
Most employees get to work remote from home. There are friendly co-workers. There is plenty of work needed to be done. There are several locations across the USA now as a result of several acquisitions. Some employees are in the bonus program. There is plenty of challenges both internally and with customers.
Too many tools to do the same sort of work - ticketing systems, backup apps. Very poor mid and upper management. Have more managers than workers. Pay raises happen about every 4-5 years. There is little consistently in how things are done from one customer to another. Some customers get preferential treatment because of who they are they outsourced to the company an their mangers moved into leadership positions at Atos
