Everything moves very slow due to lingering processes. Management should understand that "cost reduction" equals "customer satisfaction", but also equals "employee dissatisfaction".

Performance reviews are not standard and vary from manager to manager, Part of the company is very individualistic where teams only worry about "their own team" not the wider Atos, or sometimes literally just covering themselves. Some good schemes can get introduced but do not get enough support, backing, and follow through from senior leadership.
