Lack of career opportunities and growth

None that i can think of

midrange salary, less growth, usual benefits

Money is not that good and HR seems to think the market is 10% lower of what it really is. Processes are a real pain. No expenditure on basic materials like pen or paper means that you have to ask your client for some quality basic equipment. Phones (old nokia) are a farce that HQ try to make you swallow with BYOD. PC are not up to speed especially if you are doing any programming. Generally, getting some material resources is very difficult.

Higher Management should take really some steps to make this place better,

pressure environment and work-life balance is not that great

They laid me off while I was working remotely while overseas for several months on family emergency. They knew in advance of my situation. Could not work overseas so was just stuck and unemployed for five (5) months. They apparently could care less about their employees as they strive to offshore every job they can.

Very few location available in india to relocate culture is not very well defined some time good some time bad

Only services based company, need products as well.

- Fast changing project specifications- It might be good for someone who loves this type of environment.
