Bi engineer
Pretty flexible and hydrid work
Too much ceremony and inefficiency

There are very few if any pros. I worked there 10 years and they will do anything to anyone in order to keep showing their investors & board profit. That means pay reduction, furloughs, lower your title credentials.
I worked there 10 years and they will do anything to anyone in order to keep showing their investors & board profit. That means pay reduction, furloughs, lower your title credentials. So if you really want to see what the decline of the economy has done to employers and their now "Employers Market" then work for Atos. The very worst company I have ever worked with
Senior analyst
Very good organisation to work with. Good work life balance and supporrive environment
They pay little less comparing to other with a trade of for work life balance
Consultant
Good starting Salary. Work colleagues can be friendly
Poor Management and HR is hell
Account manager
Flexible Company at times when required
Dont pay, 8th year with any pay increases
Graduate project manager
Flexibility (but this isn't always a good thing)
- Lack of direction from management - Rude management expecting work without even asking for it then blaming you for lateness - Everything promised on the graduate scheme is a lie - no rotations, stuck in meaningless 'PMO' tasks that should be offshored, all company processes are incredibly bureaucratic making jobs too stressful. - Will never be on a 'consulting project' as everything is IT based and the customers don't really care - Never assigned to roles, told to find them yourself, which is hard to do in 100,000 strong organisation - Finances all over the place, releasing next years risk budget to hit targets probably not a sensible idea - Loan ties you in for longer than the 18 month scheme, bit of a con, can't leave unless we pay this off, clever way of making people stay - If you want to feel a part of a company, work somewhere small, there is no sense of a team.

Certification opportunities for employees if the manager approves.
Fro experienced hands, I wouldn't recommend Atos. For pennies they hire rookies and all the pressure on the experienced employees.
Projects are plenty, no micromanagement, other benefits are also cool.
No cons till now except HR team need to be bit proactive.
Tecnico
There is a good environment between the employees in the same level of the hierarchy.
There is a lack of organisation in the whole company, that affects all the areas. Low salaries.
Anonymous employee
Work-Life balance is good Employee friendly company Permanent work from policy
Almost equal to zero salary hike Growth rate is very low Very less chance to showcase your skills
