Can improve in compensation and benefits

No pay rise policy. No pay rise for 8 years. No training. No career progression. Lossing staff fast. No focus on customer too much on just delivery to the contract. Pay is better at competitors. Focus is on acquisition rather than building internally. Toxic culture and terrible Middle / lower management.

Low salary, the company was very disorganized, management on both local and national level was not transparent and pretty bad overall.

Less development projects,less pay for freshers and kept on bench for long,less transparency in management,useless rating system...

I have worked in shifts i dont like it basically as it effect my health and personal life.

Low wages, not very good working climate, no benefits including in salary, in generally to much to do compared to salary level, swing door - not able to hold on experienced people. No carrier opportunities, management is deff.

Very small infrastructure as like shop. Seats is not avliable. Same as me like call Centre. Evry time come and out security staff check bags. Not any type extra hour bennfit and comp off. Lots off stress. no crafteria or canteen. Its too far from city so after 11pm difficult to catch rikshow or taxi. Top management not doing anything for thire employee. Many process for doing work. They believe in process not in knowledge and convince.

Actual job role not relevent to the job spec what so ever.
