Atos are not a people company at all, and are particularly poor at looking after their own employees. Unachievable objectives are cascaded, with little option or opportunity for personal development. Promises of bonus don't materialise. Bureaucracy so frustrating, you'll lose the will to live. Managers have no time to help their reports.

No salary raise, overtime or bounce.
