- I would say that about 80% of the time the company is in at least 1 kind of freeze - hiring freeze, travel freeze, full budget freeze - Poor long-term company strategy - No company shares are given to the employees - Minimal income growth over the years, even though the performance reviews and client feedback was great - I don't believe the top management understands how their services are delivered and who delivers them - Low to no social protection as an employee (but this depends on which country/GBU employs you) - Most administrative tasks are handled over to the employees, meaning you spend at least 15% of your time filling in new procedures and forms, instead of working on your account (most of the administrative tasks that should be performed by your manager, are performed by you) - Nepotism - Top management are not qualified for their job position
