No big cons in my perception

A strong focus on the "numbers" sometimes caused what I felt like unnecessary stress. Of course I understand the need to hit a goal but I felt like sometimes it was overbearing how much they tried to drill the point. Most of my co-workers (including management) was always nice to each other but would talk about others behind their back constantly. Not a lot of room to grow in my department which was disappointing for me

Reached a bottleneck where it's all too global, requiring approval for little things

For freshers salary is below market standards

Most of it : pressure, no work life balance, noteam/or groep very individual and no 'working atmosphere', worst of all : management replacement strategy by < 30years old which creates an enormous 'you're not worth it' as cost are more important then the individual; no alternative salary options, ....

Your paycheck might get deposited. If not, wait a week or two for them to send you a debit card. You will never get a raise. Expect furlough days when the company can’t make expectations.

The level of disorganization is something that I have never seen in my life.

They do not focus on competent employees; "Preferantionalism" and bad practices in terms of promotions/opportunities; Not a very meritocratic place to work in; Benefits significantly below average in the area.
