The only positive thing is to make friends with people who are on your same boat
Working at Atos Tenerife can be a frustrating experience for those seeking growth in a fair and motivating professional environment. Right from the start, there’s a noticeable level of excessive control over employees: breaks are limited, and the half-hour provided for lunch is barely enough to disconnect. Even going to the restroom requires notifying someone via chat, which creates a feeling of mistrust toward employees and constant discomfort. In terms of performance evaluation, talent and productivity seem secondary. The general impression is that promotions and opportunities are not granted based on effort or skills but rather on whether you get along with certain “little bosses” who hold the power to decide others’ career paths without objective criteria. This lack of merit-based progression and transparency results in a culture where morale can drop easily, and talent often goes to waste. As for salary, it is notably below what one would expect to be competitive in the industry—almost on par with what might be considered wages in an economically disadvantaged setting, with no opportunity for raises or regular reviews. The lack of career advancement options is another major drawback, as there’s no incentive for employees to stay or improve their skills. In short, Atos Tenerife seems far from being an attractive workplace for those seeking stability, a fair work environment, and professional development opportunities.

The dynamic work environment and diverse task portfolio make it an ideal setting for individuals who thrive on variety, growth, and collaborative innovation.
Instead of having a focused and strategic approach to work, employees find themselves juggling multiple responsibilities without a clear understanding of their priorities. This lack of structure not only hampers productivity but also takes a toll on employee morale as individuals struggle to find a sense of direction in their daily tasks.

Supportive Work Environment: Atos fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where team members are encouraged to share ideas and work together to solve problems. Managers are approachable, offering regular feedback and guidance. Work-Life Balance: The company promotes a healthy work-life balance with flexible working hours and remote work options. Employees are encouraged to take time off to recharge, and vacation policies are generous.
Communication Gaps Between Departments: While the company promotes teamwork, there are occasional challenges with cross-department communication, leading to misunderstandings or delays in project execution. This could be improved with better collaboration tools or processes.

Good workplace and ask is not that stressful
Incompetent salary and always reasoning that the company is on financial hold. My colleagues have been waiting for their increase from being promoted to L2 for more than a year now and I'm currently on my 7 month waiting.
