Salary lower than market average

Boring, entrapment, dismull, gloomy, same boring people with no humour. Im missing my apprentice as he asked for a pay rise because he was taking on 2 peoples work, but they denied him, so he left to work for more money and better people. I wish him all the best, He also said the atmosphere was bad at ALD AUTOMOTIVE. I guess he was right, I can remember when I was at school and the teachers always preeched that office work was boring. Ah well I have a mortgage and high taxes & high bills to pay, better stay strong now.

Company has changed ownership/branding recently (uncertainty)

Very few internal opportunities, not well paid

No downsides great company to work for

- Run like a famly business, like rest of Spain. - Bosses having rampant affair with colleagues - Lechearous colleagues - The HR probably smokes pot and lives in their own universe.

Dont give too much new oportunities for employees, no trainings

Pay average, not much work from home options

Pay is very bad. Little to no raises, also makes no sense based on your responsibilities. Many less senior people will make more money than you for no good reason. When this is pointed out there is a lack of interest.

all decisions made according to politics as long as status quo is never challenged.
