Work-life balance & good colleague
1. The current mindset is quite traditional and may not be an ideal fit for younger, dynamic employees. 2. The work must consistently match the creative director’s preferences, which can be hard for younger staff to interpret. Frequent changes in direction complicate the creative workflow. Even after approval, decisions may be reversed overnight, and ideas that were previously rejected can resurface weeks later as new suggestions from the director

Can be part of a fabulous brand. Can flex creative muscles sometimes. Opportunities to travel, decent budget.
Extremely high turnover rate. Traumatising environment. Emotional higher management. Creative teams disconnected from the "old school" operational teams. Ideas and plans don't move forward because too many decision makers. No focused vision. Too "cina". Intimidating bosses.
FLEXIBLE WORK HOUR THAT'S ALL
1. Lack of Transparency and Communication Employees have reported a significant lack of transparency from top to bottom. This includes limited employee engagement, low morale within teams, and a general absence of open communication. Many employees feel that challenging top management's decisions is discouraged, leading to a disorganized working structure and a dull work environment. 2. Traditional and Bureaucratic Management Style Bonia's management has been described as old-school and conservative, with a preference for traditional classroom-style training. This approach limits creativity and innovation, as the top management's traditional and conservative mentality restricts employees' ability to express new ideas. 3. High Employee Turnover and Lack of Career Advancement The company has experienced a high turnover rate, with many employees describing the environment as traumatic. There is a reported lack of career advancement opportunities, with some employees feeling that promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit. Additionally, employees have noted that new staff who perform well are often treated poorly, while long-serving employees are promoted regardless of performance. 4. Inconsistent Vision and Direction Employees have noted that Bonia's leadership often changes direction without clear communication, leading to confusion and a lack of focus. This inconsistency in vision and mission from management results in a "copycat" mentality and a lack of original ideas, which can be demoralizing for staff. 5. Limited Benefits and Outdated Systems Bonia offers basic benefits, but many employees feel that these are below expectations. Additionally, the company's systems are described as outdated and backdated, which can hinder productivity and create inefficiencies. Employees have also reported that HR is often powerless due to the company's legacy business practices.
