Poor Management, no work/life balance

- Low Salary - Forced return to office with no compensation after years of WFH despite people having moved away, etc. - Very slow career growth, salary barely follow inflation every year. - Frequent mass layovers.

It is a demanding company where you work a lot of overtime. The salary is ok but for the amount of work, it cancels it out.

Very difficult to find any issues with this company

Not a clear career path offered

Long hours at work and mandatory working from office has been put into place (2-3 times per week)

HR runs the company. Sales commission schedule is weak. Too many products to master! Expense reimbursement is shady with no accountability. Engineering and management fail to learn from previous mistakes.

Salary discussion between colleagues not allowed, salary is not competitive for the market, mediocre management
