The management is bad. Pays hardly any money to the engineers whereas the managers bag all the money. French is a big factor too. Not recommended if french is not your first language.

The salary is low compare to the average in other companies

Temporary or contract positions may have lower pay and fewer benefits compared to permanent staff. Limited career progression for temporary employees. Salary gaps between contract and permanent employees performing similar work. Some internal processes or approvals may be slow or bureaucratic.

They will squeeze you dry with the workload First level management stuck where upper management gives great amount of flexibility (ex: unlimited vacation) but expect same results so increased pressure on first level management with there hands tied because of all the flexibility given to employees.

There are no special training for non-domain employees

Leadership was lacking and organizational decisions were made without considering the staff. There were also very few opportunities for growth as most supervisory and senior staff were not as invested.

If a person aspires for Career growth.. Not a place to venture at all. You are what you are while you joined. Till you leave or are ousted. Only exception is if you are a sycophant. No signs of second level leadership growth. Decisions taken behind closed doors and never transparent. Never flows downwards. Only a Catastrophe will send jitters.. Few heads "BELOW" roll and again "TOP" back to business as usual.

No growth at all and i would say that, it is not an aerospace/aviation company at all as no work is done following aerospace/aviation standards and tools. It is a place where if a person with aerospace/aviation domain comes will forget all what he knows, as the work here will make him incompetent and unworthy of competition outside. CAE experience is not useful in other job as no industry standards are followed. job is never guaranteed. CAE-Simulation Technologies, India. just hires/fires for the heck of it. Hiring happens without proper clarity/visibility of work inflow. There is no vision ...and the managers are the most incompetent lot, they are just getting fat packages without doing any work, neither do they want to bring in any work as they themselves are inefficient to do anything. HR and the admin are even worse.

Overboard on DEI policies. Equal opportunity is great but it is a lot

Much of the management is no longer concerned with fuelling a productive environment but rather covering their own behinds. The entire company is functioning with an 'everyone for themselves' attitude. Upper management has yet to realize that when you foster a family like environment, that the employees will actually care about the company and how it performs. That is the way it was when I joined the company. To watch the decline has been painful.

Horrible management, Horrible group leads with lots of gossiping

- Highly unstable work place, anyone can get fired anytime without any prior information - Management is not sure exactly what they want to do - Always making big plans but no execution - Rarely use any industry standard tools, so CAE experience is not useful in other jobs - Poor (chutiya) HR - Really bad food - Remote location, you won't even get water outside of CAE campus - Not flexible work hours - Not much career growth - Highly corrupt managment

No training given whatsoever. General ‘blame’ mentality by management. Management don’t have time for staff so major issues are not addressed. Very unprofessional as private and confidential information is shared widely. A lot of preferential treatment is given to particular manners of staff whilst others are completely neglected. No care from HR is the slightest, they will find any reason to get rid of you should you put a toe out of line.

Worked to replace 3 roles in one department for over a year with no visible help in the near future, a lot of pressure to finish the projects in time

Some good people working at CAE, but not a place of excellence. It's a place of comfort- like a slightly used rug with some stains, and the colour isn't quite what it used to be, but it's comforting and feels fine under your feet. Industry is slightly stagnating.
