-A lot of poking around and digging for documents to accomplish tasks -Missing labs or unstable -Small yearly salary increases -Not a lot of learning opportunities for software development -Processes changes frequently and a lot of reorgs

Organizational structure constantly changing. Little to no consultation and thought into changes. Most of Senior Level management burnt out, despite a push for work/life balance.

No any cons. Team members within were not supportive.
