culture is good and people are great
sometimes too much work is there
- Lots of learning opportunities - Great work-life balance - Great people to work with
- Medium/low salary - Hard to climb up without networking (not skill based) - Unstable position, could be layed off anytime, even when permanent
The product is very interesting
They managed layoffs in a very unethical way and tried to scam me out of my severance package.
good culture, good pay, benefits
slow on promotions and hard growth
-Nice and supportive colleagues -Flexible schedule
-A lot of poking around and digging for documents to accomplish tasks -Missing labs or unstable -Small yearly salary increases -Not a lot of learning opportunities for software development -Processes changes frequently and a lot of reorgs
Knowledgeable team members who are invested and passionate about what they do. Stayed with CAE as long as I did because I loved the people.
Organizational structure constantly changing. Little to no consultation and thought into changes. Most of Senior Level management burnt out, despite a push for work/life balance.
Good process Manager and client facing people are so supportive and super knowledgeable
No any cons. Team members within were not supportive.
There are no pros here
Terrible company all the way up the management chain
Annual salary revision and bonus.
Lack of transparency within the team.
Overtime is paid Many opportunities to change jobs within Hybrid wfh model for most employees Flexible hours
Sometimes entrenched thinking Lack of nimbleness
