I developed my work alone

Pay is low for the work, commission structure quite low

Iran agent cant have the best values of other countries agents have around the world

Working inside another company and have to follow that company rules as well as Canon

Relationships with the national sales organisations could be improved. Talent management has been initiated but new appointments still are based on old networks. The company culture is really risk averse and changes and innovation can take a long time.

The campus did have the best ambience

No work flexibility. Need to offer remote positions.

changes takes time and a lot of hard work since lots of sakeholders are involved
