Client services manager (csm)
Great team and company, good benefits. Great work culture
Location can be tricky. Other than that no issues.
Major accounts manager
A great, collaborative environment full of people working to achieve common goals (within the financial organization). Experienced leadership team. Competitive salary, 401k match, profit sharing and benefits package.
At times, inconsistent messages or conflicting goals.
Consultant
It was a good company and met some great people, they have a unique niche.
Very disorganized and predominantly sales driven need to work with newer technology and be forward thinking.
Key account manager
Many support by different departments
Pay rate is low compared to other competitors
Product management
Stability is the main reason for staying at this center. Maybe the only reason. Management can't find their fanny with both hands.
Management is very confused. Policies (even though written down in the employee handbook) change when moved from department to department, all based upon the managers opinion. You name it, attendance, call-out, worker performance policies, they all change. Next is the way management treats their employees. The claim that everyone is "family". This is laughable. Most, not all, management would rather belittle a person than help them along. Several female managers from the LPB era are notorious for making condescending remarks in front of large groups of people. It seems these individuals enjoy this activity. Last, the notion of "family" is more like incest because they will bend you over in a minute.
