I don't think I have any.

Management are not interested in truly innovating.

Japanese Head Office micro-managing is stifling any innovation, and means everyone is a "Yes" person - everyone is to blame except the Head Office. "Strategy Centre" that delivers no strategy, in fact delivers nothing but cost. Core business in decline and heads fully buried in the sand at the top - decline blamed on Sales for not selling products that are not in demand and are way more expensive than the competition. Very poor decision making with no logic behind it (see UK Head Office move) Regular redundancies (unless you are Japanese) has meant they have lost their best people, and their best chance to turn the business around (not that they would listen to those people), Strategy Centre and Head Office think they know best but are very out of touch, Directors won't say no or challenge. Terrible systems, staff at the bottom end are holding everything together. Poor pay and perks mean they cannot attract the better people.

In 2014 Canon underwent major changes and unfortunately as a result many staff were retrenched, I being one of them. From the time my retrenchment was made known, I was left on my own with no leadership. My manager just stuck me away somewhere and didn't even bother to seek me out on my last day.

A bit quiet and small canteen.

Bossing in CBS Prague, very bad politics, mental abuse. Left after the 2 months within a probation period. Very difficult to deal with management.

Too much overtime for the employee
