There's a lot of politics - you need to know the right people in order to progress. Additionally, performance reviews and general career development is extremely difficult. Although Capco offers 2 reviews per year, the review process has far too many hoops and hurdles to make it 'easy'. When everyone is hired, they're told they could progress within 6 months however it's unheard of for anyone to progress this quickly.

Project allocation can be slow at times, and some processes feel lengthy. Workload may spike during certain client engagements.
