good culture, good DEI, not too much work load
Cons
Pay is low, very bad bonus ~3% as in corporate service. Your manager's review basically decided how much you can earn.

- 1 project commitment at a time - Flat structure - High autonomy in work
- Lack of leadership (due to frequent turnover) - High overall turnover - Internal politics - Organisation feels messy with so many changes in leadership within the past half year alone
Flexible hours and hybrid dates
Spend most my time buying coffee for partners
Work Life balance, Big global consulting partners, global clients working space
Short tenured projects for highly experienced candidates.
Working as a Consultant you have the opportunity to be exposed to many different roles and companies, giving you a wealth of experience within your specialty.
There's a lot of politics - you need to know the right people in order to progress. Additionally, performance reviews and general career development is extremely difficult. Although Capco offers 2 reviews per year, the review process has far too many hoops and hurdles to make it 'easy'. When everyone is hired, they're told they could progress within 6 months however it's unheard of for anyone to progress this quickly.
Great work-life balance, supportive culture, and strong focus on skill development. Good salary structure, clear growth opportunities, and stable job environment that keeps employees motivated.
Project allocation can be slow at times, and some processes feel lengthy. Workload may spike during certain client engagements.
