difficult for development, slow to progress

way too many hours with no end in sight, no training (kind of understandable; due to Covid they don't pair you up with someone), all day repetitive motions hard on hands and body

I have no problem with the company as of now.

Not too many from my duration there, high turnover for production leadership team and communication

As with any big companies, your micro-experience really depends on your team. There's a lot of "weak links" who are kept around for too long without oversight.

Downside is bare knuckles environment and no nonsense. If you cant handle the heat keepbit moving.

They tend to do a lot of reorgs.
