Underpaid for amount of knowledge required and work schedule, they take away most of the extra benefits such as team and company outings after covid. They make sure their stance on political events is known and its not neutral. The shift work makes it hard to have a life outside of work.

Privately held humongous 140 Billion company hence exposure per role is limited compared to small or publicly listed companies. However as I am still to complete 1 year , my comments could be premature because of my limited exposure within this limited time.

Not too much support on overseas learning. Many passive / comfortable staff. Very political.
