I work with Cargill Business Services. Its certainly a great place to work! I really like that people are treated respectfully and as equals. There is good focus on development of individual through inhouse training programs. Employee Safety is a very important parameter and genuinely the management cares for employee wellbeing. Being a multi function shared services center one can build a career in the areas of IT, Finance, HR, Procurement/Supplychain/ Trade Execution etc and play a really long innings. There are new services and roles getting created! Overall a good, positive environment to work! Variable Bonus has been good in the last few years. There is a good work-life balance.

No pros. This job sucked.

If you are white and or from the Midwest, then this is the company for you. Else, go somewhere else

It's a very large company so if you work really hard and make your manager look good. You can move up in a few short years.
